Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri has partnered with Israk Solutions Sdn Bhd to advance their digital communication infrastructure. The collaboration aims to enhance the council’s capabilities through the delivery and installation of cutting-edge solutions, including 4 units of ARV100-65 Smartboards and 2 units of FLR103IR interactive displays.

Israk Solutions Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce its collaboration with Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri on a comprehensive technology upgrade project aimed at advancing their digital communication infrastructure. This significant project marks a step forward in modernizing the council’s communication methods and operational processes through state-of-the-art digital tools and enhanced content management solutions.

The project’s core involves the delivery and installation of 4 units of ARV100-65 Smartboards and 2 units of FLR103IR interactive displays at the Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri facilities. The ARV100-65 Smartboards are designed to offer an immersive, interactive learning and communication experience, providing large-format touchscreens with high-definition displays. These smartboards allow users to deliver presentations, engage in real-time collaboration, annotate documents, and display multimedia content seamlessly, making them ideal for meetings, training sessions, and public presentations.

The FLR103IR interactive displays, on the other hand, offer versatility with their infrared touch technology, delivering responsive touch interactions suitable for dynamic presentations and content sharing. These displays are designed for flexibility, allowing easy integration into various meeting rooms, public spaces, or kiosks, catering to different operational needs across the council’s facilities. A crucial part of this upgrade is the 2-year subscription to the CDMS (Content Delivery Management System), which will be implemented on two kiosk units. CDMS is a powerful software solution that enables centralized management of digital content across multiple displays, ensuring that information is efficiently distributed and displayed at the right time. By streamlining the process of content creation, scheduling, and distribution, CDMS enhances communication efficiency and allows the council to keep its staff and visitors informed with updated and relevant information. This system is particularly beneficial for managing announcements, public notices, and emergency alerts.

The project is managed by Pn Surniati from Al Qanaah Resources Sdn Bhd, who has played a pivotal role in ensuring that all the equipment meets the operational requirements of the council. Our team at Israk Solutions has worked closely with Pn Surniati and her team to understand the specific needs of Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri and tailor the solution accordingly. This includes customization and configuration of the smartboards and interactive displays to ensure they align with the council’s requirements, both technically and functionally.

As part of our commitment to providing a holistic solution, we are not only delivering and installing the hardware but also offering comprehensive training sessions for the client’s staff. This hands-on training covers all aspects of operating the smartboards, interactive displays, and CDMS software. To ensure smooth execution, the payment terms for this project are set at 100% payment upon delivery, with specific delivery and payment dates to be confirmed. Our team will coordinate closely with Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri to schedule the installation and training sessions in line with their operational timelines, minimizing disruptions and ensuring readiness for use as soon as possible. We will also maintain ongoing communication with the client, providing updates on the delivery timeline and making sure that the equipment arrives and is installed without any delays.
